BISSCHOPSMOLEN

Originally, this was the mout mill of the brewers under the jurisdiction of the bishops of Liège. Later it was converted to a grain mill. The machinery of the mill was powered by the water wheel in the Jeker river. In the water mill a volunteer miller will be present to explain the milling process, the mill stones and the transport of flour. On Sunday September 15 the Bishop’s Mill is also open for visitors from 12.00-16.30 hrs, but without explanation provided.
